_____Microdos-MDAS
The Microdos-MDAS is a filling and dosage machine for powder and granules in milligram to gram range. Depending on the sensibility of the balance filling is possible up to 0.02 mg precision. The patented Dosing-Valve is fixed at the product containment and can easily be exchanged with it (e.g. GMP-conform charging).
No mechanical power is exerted on the powder, as is the case with screw feeders (segregating, compressing, pelletising, sticking together).
Control is assured by a micro-processor and offers all functions necessary for automating the dosage (optional Windows software). Transport of drums can be manual or controlled by automatic handling systems.
