_____Mac-Microdos

The Mac-Microdos is a filling and dosage machine for powders and granules in the milligram to kilogram range. Depending on the sensibility of the balance filling is possible up to 0.001 g or 0.0005 kg precision. The patented Dosing-Valve is fixed at the product containment and can easily be exchanged with it (e.g. GMP-conform charging).

No mechanical power is exerted on the powder, as is the case with screw feeders (segregating, compressing, pelletising, sticking together).

Control is assured by a micro-processor and offers all functions necessary for automating the dosage (optional Windows software). Transport of drums can be manual or controlled by automatic handling systems.
